the first excursion '

 Today we have got our first excursion. We have gone to Limerick to visit the city. We have been visit The Milk Market where they are sold differnt products like fruits, veggies, meats, dairy items...  Then we have visited  the city, my favourite part has been when we have seen the King Jhon's Castle and the Saint Mary's Cathedral they are very beautiful places. At lunch time we went to the shopping centre, it' s very big for me and it has got a lot of shops that we have in Spain. In the afternoon we have returned and we have gone to see a hurling game. Hurling is a Galeic sport that is played with a hurley (it's like a hockey stick but more little.) And then to finish the boys have gone to the football court to play soccer(like football in spain.)

Reflection on my stay in Ireland

 I think that during my stay in Ireland I was able to learn different things about a new culture. For example I learnrt about other types of food and ways to eat. Also I sow other way to taught in the school. In Ireland, in the school that I stayed the students don't use books, they only use tablets for everything while in Spain in my school and many others we have to use books in each subjet. So I think that on this point the school has given me a new way of looking at education. Also the classes were very practical and this is another big diference between spanish and irish schools. Althoug the school thaught me new things I think that me and my partners gave to school new information about our culture during our stay in Ireland. I think that Irish students of  Scoil Pól were able to learnt about spanish culture while they spoke with us about live in Spain and how is the school here and something like that. the mud day

 Today it has been a very long day. We've gone to the ploughing festival. It's a festival where you can see a tractor exhibition. It was a lot of different tractors with different forms, colours, sizes.... In the festival it was a lot of food trucks where you could buy different fast food. Also you could buy things like clothes, bags,... in the shops that it was in the festival. We've gone to the fun fair too. It was a lot of attractions that we have in spain so I've enjoyed a lot.  The ground was full of mud and puddles so I've needed to wear boots, and the experiencie it was fantastic. People here enjoy a lot the mud and it's very rare for me so I was surprised.

rainy day

 Today we've gone to the church because my family is catholic. They've asked me if I would like to go to the church with them and I've said that yes. I've met Tom's  grandmother in the church, she's very nice. Then, when we left the church, we've gone to a market. This market had got a lot of little shops with differents products like food, candles, rings, bracelets... In the afternoon my family have brougth me to the supermarket to buy food that I like, there are very gentle people.When we was returning  home it has started to rain a lot and we've lost the electricity. How we didn't have electricity we have gone to the grandparent's house to have dinner. it has been a nice day because I've met the family and I've been able to practice my English with them.
